Tree pits

Its not easy to find spaces to garden in NYC. If your lucky enough to have a tree pit close by they can be fun little experimental gardens. If there is a will we have the way. I have been in countless conversations with my neighbors about my own. It has become a communal tool especially when tomatoes are ripening.
